The questions a school can't leave to chance
How do they handle failure? How do they make decisions when nobody gives them the answer? How do they understand money, technology, relationships and responsibility? How do they find their voice? How do they become people others can trust?
- Not another lecture.
- Not another worksheet.
- Not another one-day workshop.
A developmental system that grows with the child.

Are your students ready for life?
Seven situations every school recognises. Answer from what you see day to day. Your answers are not saved; we only count which results come up.
What we noticed
Your students are well served already. Growth Universe would make it structured, across all eight dimensions, with evidence you can show.
Why now
The world is changing faster than the classroom.
The AI era
AI can
- Answer
- Generate
- Analyse
- Predict
- Create
What the child develops
A child learns to
- Question
- Discern
- Decide
- Imagine
- Take responsibility
AI changes what machines can do. Education must deepen what humans can do.
- When information is everywhere, knowing where to look is not enough.
- When answers are instant, knowing which questions to ask matters.
- When AI can generate, judgment matters.
- When technology can influence attention and behaviour,self-awareness matters.
- When machines can perform more tasks, human capabilities become more—not less—important.
It needs human beings who know how to think, choose, create and contribute.

Start where it makes sense for your school
What can a school partnership look like?
- 1
Pilot
The four ready subjects, each in its grade: Grades 2, 5, 7 and 9. Observe, gather feedback, learn.
- 2
Implement
The same four subjects across all grades, with the full grade-wise curriculum, kits and parent guides.
- 3
Integrate
Six dimensions across the school, and life-skills learning becomes part of how the school runs.
- 4
Grow
All eight dimensions, Grades 1–10, one a month through the year.
What does a Growth Universe session look like?
40 minutes can change the way a child thinks.
A story, situation, question or dilemma.
Students play, solve, debate, build, collaborate or create.
What happened? What did I notice? What would I do differently?
Students connect the learning to a real situation, choice or behaviour.
Less “sit and listen.” More “think, do and discover.”
One system. Ten grades. A child who keeps growing.
The curriculum grows with the child.
A Grade 2 child and a Grade 10 student do not get the same lesson with different vocabulary. The complexity grows with the child.
Eight dimensions, in every journey
Start with a pilot in one grade.

Aligned with the direction of Indian education.
Growth Universe is designed in alignment with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020: holistic development, competency-based and experiential learning, critical thinking and values.
From policy direction to classroom experience.
NEP 2020
Growth Universe
Eight dimensions of growth
From Wellbeing & Inner Strength to Equality & Human Dignity: one whole human being.
Capabilities students can use
Thinking, communication, decision-making, leadership.
Story → Experience → Reflection → Application
Every session moves through the same four stages.
Four foundations
Wisdom. Character. Capabilities. Contribution.
School → Home → Self
What is introduced at school is practised at home and reflected on by the child.
Growth Universe turns these principles into experiences children can actually live.
How growth is understood
Evidence of Growth.
We don't reduce a child to a score. We create evidence of development.
Wellbeing
Not“Student knows what emotional regulation means.”
But“Student identifies an emotion and chooses an appropriate regulation strategy.”
Thinking
Not“Student knows confirmation bias.”
But“Student can identify information that challenges their initial assumption.”
Money
Not“Student knows what a budget is.”
But“Student can make a spending decision within a defined budget and explain the trade-off.”
Leadership
Not“Student understands leadership.”
But“Student can communicate an idea, listen to others and take responsibility for a shared outcome.”
The practical details
What schools usually ask next
What does the school provide?
A weekly 40-minute slot for each section, and a room. Growth Universe brings a certified Coach, all materials and the home kit. Each section is designed around 30 learners.
How much of the programme can we take?
There are three configurations: Foundation (4 dimensions), Core (6 dimensions) and Complete (8 dimensions).
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the journey, the number of dimensions and your school. Ask us for the rate card.
What about children's privacy?
The school sees the cohort: participation, emerging strengths and areas that may benefit from further attention. It does not see a child's private thoughts, and no child is given a personality score. The child's journal is private and is never collected. Read the privacy page
